Former Bethlehem school bus driver sentenced for downloading child pornography

A former school bus driver was sentenced Tuesday in Albany County Court for downloading child pornography.

David Haverly will spend two years in state prison and has to register as a sex offender. He was arrested after police got an alert from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Police say there's no indication Haverly had inappropriate contact with children while he was a bus driver for the Bethlehem School District.
