Wednesday is day three of jury selection in the murder trial of Daniel Nellis. Through two days, no jurors have been seated.

Nellis is accused of killing 21-year-old Michaela MacVilla last fall.

She was last seen September 25, leaving the Stewart's Shop in St. Johnsville where she worked. Her body was found a week later.

An autopsy found MacVilla was shot in the head.
