Albany man sentenced for manslaughter

An Albany man will spend two decades behind bars for manslaughter.

Daytwan Perkins, 38, was sentenced Friday in Albany County Court.

Perkins shot and killed Barry Tyce Jr. on September 11 of last year.

It happened in a home on South Swan Street.

Perkins pleaded guilty to manslaughter back in March.
