Back in July, he broke into a home on Johnston Road in Guilderland and stole jewelry and cash.

The homeowner and her children came home to find Grant in the house before he took off.

Grant was found days later in the same neighborhood and arrested.

He faces a longer sentence, because he has five previous burglary related convictions.
