Part of a trail in Greene County is temporarily closed.

The Department of Environmental Conservation says a section of Devil's Path Trail in Hunter is shut down due to vandalism of the steel rungs that were installed.

The crime creates a safety hazard for visitors using the trail.

DEC will let NewsChannel 13 know when the trail reopens so we can pass that update along to you when it happens.
