Albany man charged with forcible touching for second time

An Albany man is behind bars, accused of forcible touching for the second time. Devon Sosa was arrested Tuesday night.

Police say back in August, he approached a woman on Washington Avenue and grabbed her buttocks.

It happened again in October, after police say he grabbed another woman's buttocks, while also stealing her cell phone.

He's facing charges in both incidents.
