Albany man charged with attempted murder

An Albany man is charged with attempted murder. Police say 22-year-old Di-Quann Powell shot a man several times on the 200 block of Second Street last month.
The 26-year-old victim was hit in the arm, back and upper leg. He survived.
Powell is also accused of pointing a gun at a woman during a fight last February.
His lengthy record includes past arrests in Albany, Hudson and Troy.
