COEYMANS – A former state worker at the Office of Mental Health is accused of 29 counts of child endangerment. Police say John Allen, 61, brought boys to his home, convince the child to take off his pants and change into a baby diaper. Only when he left the house could they change back, police said.

Allen and attorney Kevin Luibrand appeared in Coeymans Town Court Thursday morning before Town Justice Thomas Frese. The case was continued until Thursday, November 15. Neither Allen nor Luibrand had any comment while leaving court.
