Court appearance moved to July for man charged in deadly Clifton Park DWI

The Cohoes man accused of driving drunk and killing two people was set to go before a judge on Wednesday afternoon. However, his court appearance was moved to July.

Dickie Winn, 58, is charged with vehicular homicide and driving while intoxicated.

Police say Winn was driving a car that slammed into a stopped vehicle at the intersection of Route 9 and Ushers Road in Clifton Park last month. Two people were killed and three others were seriously hurt.

Winn has pleaded not guilty.
