Rotterdam Junction road reopens after disabled train blocks traffic

Route 5S in Rotterdam Junction is back open.

Police say a disabled train was blocking a railroad crossing for hours early Wednesday morning.

The road was closed from 3:00 a.m. Wednesday until re-opening shortly before 5:00 a.m.
