North Greenbush police link 'distraction burglaries' to crime ring

North Greenbush police are releasing more information on two distraction burglaries that happened last week.

Police tell NewsChannel 13 they believe they've found the vehicle involved and the suspects were part of a crime ring passing through the area.

The homes targeted were on Douglas Street and Winter Street Extension.

The suspects posed as utility workers distracting homeowners, while others went through the house stealing items.

Police continue their search. If you know anything, give them a call.
