Don't use Siena eclipse glasses

If you have a pair of eclipse glasses with the Siena College logo on them – don't try to use them today. They aren't safe.

That's the word from a spokesperson from the college. She says they've been contacted by the manufacturer of the glasses with a warning they won't provide adequate protection after all.

If you have the Siena glasses, you should just throw them away.

It's not safe to look directly at the eclipse. Looking right at it can cause severe eye damage.
