A Schenectady County man was found guilty Wednesday morning in the attempted murder of his ex-girlfriend and her two children last year.
The Daily Gazette reports a jury convicted 48-year-old Dushawn Howard on 18 of 20 counts against him - including three counts of attempted murder.
Back in October of last year, Howard shot Aishah Goodwin and her two children. They all survived.
The jury acquitted him on one count of attempted murder related to Goodwin's infant son.
Prosecutors say he tried to shoot the boy, but the gun didn't go off.
Howard will be sentenced June 13. He faces up to 75 years in prison.
