Back in October of last year, Howard shot Aishah Goodwin and her two children. They all survived.

The jury acquitted him on one count of attempted murder related to Goodwin's infant son.

Prosecutors say he tried to shoot the boy, but the gun didn't go off.

Howard will be sentenced June 13. He faces up to 75 years in prison.
