A Johnstown teen is accused of driving drunk and falling asleep at the wheel.

Police say they got a call for a suspicious person near the intersection of West State Street and Janet Drive.

When officers got to the scene, they say they found 19-year-old Dylan Rulison in the driver's seat.

Police say he was stopped in the road, asleep, and holding an open can of beer.

He's now charged with DWI.
