Warren County prosecutors have dropped 12 of 27 criminal charges against a former camp counselor accused of sexually abusing children.

NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Post-Star report, the charges are being dropped against Dylan Stolz.

Some of the charges are related to a boy who recanted, leading to a mistrial during Stolz’s trial in February.

Stolz now faces eight felonies and six misdemeanors when his trial starts next week.
