Fourteen dogs, including nine puppies, were removed from deplorable living conditions in the town of Florida.

Police say the owners weren't even living on the property.

State police say Dolder turned herself in and is due in court at a later date.

In the meantime, the Montgomery County SPCA wants to know if anyone wants to adopt the dogs.

If you're interested, they ask that you submit an application online.
