A Saratoga County grand jury has indicted the Corinth man accused of accidentally shooting and killing his wife.

NewsChannel 13's Mark Mulholland has learned that an indictment accusing Eric Rosenbrock of manslaughter in the second-degree was handed up Thursday morning.

Rosenbrock shot and killed his wife, Ashley, on November 15 inside the Corinth home they shared with their three children.

The 35-year-old science teacher was maintaining his 9 mm. handgun at the time and told police the shooting was an accident.

Conviction of second-degree manslaughter carries a maximum sentence of five to 15 years in prison.
