GREENWICH – The largest agricultural fair in New York State re-opened Thursday morning after being rained-out Wednesday.

Heavy storms cancelled the Washington County Fair but the grounds only sustained minor damage, according to fair officials. It's a fair that has been around since 1840 as generations of farmers and fair-goers circle their calendar each year.
