CLIFTON PARK - A few weeks ago, a Clifton Park community helped rebuild a Girl Scout "Fairy Trail" project after it was destroyed at an area park.

The fairy vandals have struck again. However, even if they catch those responsible, they may have run out of magic.

NewsChannel 13 first introduced you to 14-year-old Emily Strife last month when the village she designed with a fellow Girl Scout and the town of Clifton Park was first destroyed.

At the entrance, visitors find a sort of treasure map that leads them to all the fairy fun - with a whole fairy village waiting at the end.

Her mom Annemarie was walking through Hayes Nature Park this past weekend and noticed eight more of the fairy houses now been secured in place by town employees had disappeared. She noticed another one gone on Monday.

Emily is away at Girl Scout Camp and doesn't know about it yet.

The town has reported the incident to law enforcement.

While Annemarie hopes those responsible will be caught and sentenced to building more fairy houses, she's afraid there may just not be any magic left.

Hear about how much effort it must have taken for someone to remove the homes a second time by watching the video of Jerry Gretzinger's story.
