A newly released federal report details alleged sexual abuse of cognitively impaired residents at the Sweet Brook Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Williamstown.

This comes as the center is fighting to keep its state license.

NewsChannel 13's media partners at The Berkshire Eagle report that between December and February, Sweet Brook administrators called police twice to report alleged sexual contact involving cognitively impaired residents.

The facility is ranked in the bottom one percent of nursing homes in the state.
