Filipino Fried Fish

 Filipino Fried Fish
Ingredients:
8oz fish filet (choose any you like)
½ cup pineapple, cubed
½ cup peppers, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic
½ cup oil divided
¼ TSP black pepper
Salt to taste
2 TBS ketchup
1 TBS Soy Sauce
1 TBS Vinegar
2 TBS Fresh parsley, chopped
3 TBS corn starch
Directions:
1) Dredge the fish with salt, black
pepper and corn starch and fry
in hot oil
2) In a small pan sauté the
remaining ingredients, until well
combined a thick sauce is
produced.
Serve:
With warm white rice.
