Deadly Warren County fire under investigation

A deadly fire in Warren County is under investigation. It broke out at 2361 State Route 28 in Bakers Mills around 10:30 Monday evening.

The sheriff's department says 49-year-old Tina Parker and a guest, 51-year-old Peter Stewart, ran through the flames to escape. Both were badly burned.

Parker died at Westchester Medical Center. Stewart was taken to Albany Medical Center. His condition is not known.

The cause is under investigation, but firefighters don't think it's suspicious.
