CAPITAL REGION -- Floodwaters entered the Stockade neighborhood early Sunday. Then as temperatures dropped, those waters quickly froze over, causing an icy situation.

Several streets are iced over. Officials are now worried about what will happen when all of that ice melts. A flood warning for east central Schenectady County is in effect until 9 p.m. Monday.
