Early Monday storms flood roads, cut power

April 15, 2019 12:18 PM

Things are slowly getting back to normal after nasty thunderstorms rolled through the Capital Region early Monday morning, knocking out power, flooding roads and causing damage.

One of the flooded roads included a section of Route 9 in Latham, near Guptill's.

Roads were also bad in the Amsterdam and Pattersonville areas.

Besides water, some roads were also covered in trees and leaves.

Argyle CSD and Hartford CSD closed for the day on Monday.

To see some of the other areas affected by flooding, watch the video of John Craig's story.
