Sharon Springs assistant fire chief accused of forcible touching

The Assistant Fire Chief for the Sharon Springs Volunteer Fire Department is facing a criminal charge.

State police say 40-year-old Frederick VanArsdal forcibly touched a female victim. He faces a single misdemeanor charge.
