The former Warrensburg deputy town supervisor is back behind bars, facing new charges.

Earlier this year, Dean Ackley was indicted by a grand jury on sexual abuse, among other charges, accusing him of molesting young boys.

An order of protection was issued for the alleged victims.

However, the sheriff tells NewsChannel 13 Ackley repeatedly went to the victim's school several days this month.

He's charged with 10 new counts of criminal contempt and violating his probation.
