Former GE Engineers charged for conspiring to steal secrets from the company

Two former GE Engineers are charged by the FBI with conspiring to steal trade secrets. 

In the indictment, Jean Patrice Delia of Montreal is accused of stealing thousands of electronic files on GE's turbines and then selling them.

She and Miguel Sernas of Mexico are accused of giving the information to ThermoGen Power Services for that company to compete against GE. 

If convicted, both face up to ten years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
