A former local restaurant owner will have to register as a Level 2 sex offender.

Jonathan Larock pleaded guilty last year to inappropriately touching five women and teens working at the Howard Johnson's restaurant in Lake George, the only one still open.

He wrote a jailhouse letter to Warren County Judge John Hall, professing his innocence after pleading guilty. He claimed he was set up.

The judge says Larock failed to accept responsibility for his crimes.
