The former Warrensburg deputy town supervisor charged with molesting young boys is now behind bars.

NewsChannel 13's media partners at The Post-Star report Dean Ackley was jailed Friday after a judge raised bail in his case. This comes after new charges were filed.

Ackley pleaded not guilty to a 21-count indictment Wednesday that accuses him of inappropriate contact with four boys.

He was already on bail after his arrest earlier this month for allegedly sexually assaulting a teenage boy.
