QUEENSBURY- A Fort Ann man is accused of driving while being intoxicated after allegedly striking a utility pole with his vehicle on Sunday night.

Warren County Sheriff’s responded to the accident on Ridge Road in Queensbury. They say that 39-year-old Adam Tracy struck a utility road and then travelled off the roadway and ended up in a yard.

Police say that Tracy had a blood alcohol content of .10 percent.

He was arrested and later released.
