Fort Plain bus aide faces new charges in sex abuse case

A Fort Plain bus aide is facing new charges after being accused of sexual contact with a child.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says 68-year-old Thomas Yager was arrested Monday on a charge of felony sexual abuse.
Yager was previously arrested by Gloversville Police on June 3 and accused of having sexual contact with a young child. Police say he subjected a child under the age of 11 to sexual contact while he was a bus aide.
Yager pleaded not guilty.
Police are trying to find out if there are more victims.
