Man arraigned in connection with Saratoga Springs assault

The man accused of attacking a woman in Saratoga Springs has now been arraigned.
Francisco Ortega-Hernandez is behind bars on $200,000 bail.
On Saturday, a 35-year-old woman said she was attacked and choked by a man riding the bike in the area of Phila Street and Nelson Avenue.
Police made the arrest Thursday at the Albany International Airport, where he was about to board a flight home to Mexico.
Ortega-Hernandez is in the U.S. legally on a work visa. He's been in the U.S. since June and was credentialed to be at the Saratoga Race Course.
