The newspaper reported the call to Guilderland Police, who identified the suspect as 66-year-old Gary Grzybowski from Baton Rouge.

Police there arrested him and charged him with terrorizing.

Guilderland police say Gryzbowski did not have direct access to weapons and his threat was determined to be fictitious.
