A photographer from Halfmoon was sentenced Friday after pleading guilty to unlawful surveillance.

George Menge Jr. was sentenced to one to three years in prison. He will also have to register as a sex offender.

In October of 2018, Menge used his phone to take sensitive photos of a 23-year-old woman without her knowledge.

She was at his house that day for a photoshoot.
