Halfmoon photographer admits to unlawful surveillance

A photographer from Halfmoon pleaded guilty on Wednesday to unlawful surveillance.

Last October, George Menge Jr. used his phone to take sensitive photos of a 23-year-old woman without her knowledge. She was at his house that day for a photoshoot.

Sentencing is scheduled for July in Saratoga County Court.
