Bethlehem Police searching for armed robbery suspect

Bethlehem police are looking for an armed robber after someone held up the Dollar Tree store in Glenmont. Police say a masked man showed up outside the store last night as employees were leaving. He showed a handgun and demanded money.

The man ran off along Route 9W with an unknown amount of cash.

The suspect is described as a six foot tall, black male wearing a mask, hooded sweatshirt and dark pants.

The Bethlehem Police Department is asking anyone who was in the Glenmont Shopping Center around 8:30 p.m. Sunday night to give them a call at 518-439-9973. Anonymous tips can also be given at
