GLENS FALLS- The Glens Falls Fire Department were called to the scene of a working structure fire at 83 West Notre Dame Street Saturday morning. 

The fire department tells NewsChannel 13 the call came in around 8:38 a.m. They say the cause has been determined accidental.

Three people made it out uninjured, but were left homeless, according to our media partners at the Post Star. 

The Red Cross released a statement reporting that "volunteers offered emotional support and comfort kits containing personal care items to the three residents. In the coming days, staff and volunteers will remain available to help those affected by the fire if they choose to request services such as housing, food or clothing." 

The fire department said the fire was contained within fifteen minutes.
