Gloversville mayor due back in court on misconduct charges

Gloversville Mayor Dayton King will be back in court on Tuesday.

King is facing charges of official misconduct from a November arrest.

State police say he used the city's postage machine for personal business. If found guilty, he could lose his job.

Also last year, King was charged with releasing confidential information from the personnel file of his opponent in the mayor's race. That charge was pled down to a violation.
