Gloversville police interview, release driver from fatal hit & run

Gloversville police have located the driver in that deadly hit and run accident on Saturday.

Police say they interviewed the driver and two passengers and then released them.

Police say that on Saturday night the driver hit and killed 61-year-old Douglas Irby on East Fulton Street between Judson Street and Littauer Place. 

Irby's stepson says Doug was crossing the road in a motorized chair.

Police are still analyzing the vehicle involved. They will be back at the scene of the crash Monday.
