General Mills voluntarily recalls flour over E. coli concerns

General Mills has announced a voluntary recall on its five-pound bags of its Gold Medal All Purpose Unbleached Flour.

The recall is being issued over a possible E. coli contamination.

The recall applies to five pound bags of Gold Medal All Purpose Unbleached Flour with a better if used by date of September 6, 2020.

The company says it has received no reports of confirmed illness related to the product.

Consumers are asked to dispose of any impacted flour.
