Gov. Cuomo announces that movie theaters outside NYC can reopen at 25% capacity on Oct. 23

New York movie theaters outside of New York City can reopen starting October 23 according to Governor Cuomo.

During the governor’s briefing Saturday, he says that the theaters may open at 25% capacity or a maximum of 50 people per screen.

Only the counties that are below 2% on 14-day average will be allowed to have their theaters opened.
