Cuomo to survey earthquake damage in Puerto Rico

Gov.Cuomo will travel to Puerto Rico on Tuesday to survey the damage caused by an earthquake.

Cuomo is expected to travel to the impacted areas of the island to determine if any additional aid may be needed. Cuomo and other state officials will hand out blankets and emergency preparedness kits to residents who were impacted by the earthquake.


The governor has authorized the deployment of 115 members of the National Guard to the island.
