Priamo was diagnosed with leukemia at age 15.

NewsChannel 13 talked to her in March, when she was in remission.

Hannah and two other young women with cancer were at a St. Baldrick's fundraiser in Guilderland. We talked to her at a Make-A-Wish fundraiser the year before.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday  from 3 - 7 p.m. at St. Joseph's Church in Broadalbin.

A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday at 11 a.m.
