Harassment case against Schenectady cop may be dismissed

A Schenectady police officer charged with harassment may have his case dismissed.

Detective Steven Nelson pled not guilty in Utica City Court on Tuesday.

He was arrested in April after he was involved in an off-duty fight.

The Utica city court clerk says his case will be dismissed by November 1 if he obeys all laws.
