A Middleburgh woman faces up to nine years in prison, after admitting to driving drunk and causing a deadly crash.
Harley Kelly, 19, pleaded guilty on Monday in Albany County Court.
In June, Kelly drove through a stop sign in the town of Rensselaerville.
Her car went off the road at a high rate of speed, going airborne before crashing into a pile of rocks on the side of the road.
A passenger, 19-year-old Emily Fyden-Kevez, was killed.
Kelly faces three to nine years behind bars when she's sentenced in November.
