Health Beat: HPV Outreach

Gardasil, the HPV vaccine recommended to prevent cervical cancer and other cancers, has recently been approved for men and women aged 27 to 45. Previously it wasapproved only to age 26. HPV, the human papilloma virus, is a sexually transmitted disease that's on the increase. That's why St. Peter's Health Partners is ramping up its education to health care providers.
