Healthy PBJ Smoothie

Boosting your immune system is essential to ensure good health. It’s very easy to incorporate enough fruits and vegetables into your diet with a healthy smoothie. We recommend using the following ingredients to make a healthy and delicious PBJ smoothie at home, but feel free to experiment with a variety of different fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, spices and oats. The goal is to eat the rainbow, and the possibilities are endless.

1 cup frozen blueberries

½ cup frozen strawberries

½ cup frozen cauliflower

1 heaping Tbsp peanut butter

2 - 2 ½ cups plant based milk (we used almond)


  • Add all ingredients to blender
  • Combine all ingredients in blender for 30 seconds to one minute
  • If smoothie is too thick, add more milk a little at a time until smoothie is silky smooth
