Hudson Falls man accused of sexually assaulting women over several months

Hudson Falls and Glens Falls Police arrested a man for allegedly sexually assaulting women and a girl in public places over several months.

Heath Armstrong, 26, of Hudson Falls is charged. Police say on one occasion, he allegedly reached down a victims pants and exposed and touched himself during two incidents.

Investigators say Armstrong was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child because one of the victims was a juvenile.

He was released on appearance tickets.
