The Warren County Sheriff's Office says David Symer, of Hudson Falls, attacked two officers on Friday.
Police say they received a call about an erratic driver at the Aviation Mall parking lot in Queensbury. They then received another call that the driver was intentionally driving at and almost hitting a family of four.
Officers found the driver and they identified him as 24-year-old Symer. They say while they interviewed him, he became agitated and attacked them.
Police say one officer had an injury to the head, and another officer had an injury to the arm. The officer with the head injury was taken to Glens Falls Hospital. He was treated and released. The other officer was evaluated on the scene.
Symer is facing multiple charges including felony reckless endangerment, felony assault and attempted assault on a police officer, and reckless driving.
