Police say one officer had an injury to the head, and another officer had an injury to the arm. The officer with the head injury was taken to Glens Falls Hospital. He was treated and released. The other officer was evaluated on the scene.

Symer is facing multiple charges including felony reckless endangerment, felony assault and attempted assault on a police officer, and reckless driving.
