Luxury apartments open at site of former Albany brewery and petroleum facility

ALBANY - An Albany building once home to a brewery and petroleum distribution facility, is now home to apartments.

Hudson Park Apartments opened Wednesday at the former industrial site on Myrtle Avenue.

The 75 units range in size from 300 to 1,000 square feet. They include luxury amenities like stainless steel appliances and a fitness center.

There are 35 apartments already rented.
